Give Music, Inc. offers Springfield and its surrounding areas a unique, hands-on learning experience in the entertainment arts, by providing workforce development training to young people and to anyone who seeks to break cultural barriers. We believe – that everyone deserves a chance to be seen and heard so we offer hands-on, training in fields such as: audio engineering, concert lighting and concert production to name a few.

As a Social Venture Give Music provides Youth Development Opportunities to young people. We do this by offering concert production services to underserved communities. These services give young people a chance to produce and operate festival-grade concert events. The events provide communities with a chance to be in dialogue and build diverse relationships. By giving young people a creative outlet and valuable work skills which are currently in high demand, we can alter the industry in a major way. Give Music also stands to become the premier leader in instructing workers for the concert industry.
